Report an infringement of your rights

How to report

Write to trust@luneaistudio.com with “Report” in the subject line.

To act on a report we need: your details and contact information; a description of the work or right infringed; the address or identifier of the content complained of; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; a statement of responsibility as to the truth of what you assert; and your signature, including electronic.

What happens next

We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and decide within 5 working days. Where the infringement is manifest, we remove the content immediately.

We always inform the user concerned, who may respond within 10 days; in that case we decide within a further 5 days and may reinstate the content.

Unfounded or bad-faith reports may give rise to liability for the damage caused.

Repeat infringers

We apply a progressive policy: first established breach, formal warning and removal of the content; second, 30-day suspension; third, permanent termination of the account without refund.
